Concierge Staff

Staff concierge ensures that your event runs smoothly and offers assistance with your requests including administrative support, transportation, catering and complimentary snack tables and beverage coolers.

Lab Technicians

Bioskills lab technicians will pre-set lab stations and set-up tables with all materials needed. Lab Techs assist with all the facets of the event including instrument cleaning, equipment adjustments and tissue/specimen acquisition.

Onsite Catering

Food and beverage is an important part of event planning, and the Oquendo Center is capable of providing delicious onsite catering, which minimizes the downtime and ensures the quality of your event. First-rate catering staff and an onsite prep kitchen deliver refreshments and meals exactly when needed.

If your guests choose to dine off-site there are a variety of options within a five-mile radius to satisfy any palette.

Transportation

Transporting guests will be hassle-free with our exclusive Shuttle Service. Oquendo Center can assist your group to and from the hotel or an outside event with two 13-passenger vans, a 30-passenger mini coach, and a 6-passenger Executive SUV. Our Concierge Staff can also arrange for taxi service when requested.

The “alternative”
Las Vegas Solution

The Oquendo Center may be located in Las Vegas, but this state-of-the-art facility is in a league of its own. We are an off-the-Strip solution for companies with regulations that would normally prevent them from considering Las Vegas for their event.

We understand that many medical companies are restricted to facilities that do not have any sort of gaming. For that reason, we have formed lodging partnerships with a number of fantastic non-gaming properties. It’s a win/win situation for you and your attendees. You can host your event in the “Entertainment Capital of the World” and stay within regulations.

Outside the Lab

For information better gleaned outside the lab, we offer four multi-purpose spaces which are easily configurable. Also available to your group is our modern and sophisticated auditorium, which seats 190 and is equipped with live video beaming capability.

It gets even better. All meeting rooms and clinical areas are fully integrated with state-of-the-art A/V equipment. And with our responsive and knowledgeable hospitality staff on hand to coordinate every detail, it’s a turnkey solution.

When we say we’ve thought of everything, we mean it. Oquendo Center is one of the few event spaces to come equipped with onsite, state-of-the-art equipment. By making this equipment readily available, we have greatly diminished the need for our clients to deal with third-party arrangements, shipping and costs.
